Shipping

Regularly stocked items will ship between 3 to 7 business days. Specific requests, pre-orders, or any other specials will ship in accordance with the shipping information located in the product description (made to order pieces typically ship within 1-2 weeks).

If your tracking says item was delivered but you are not in possession of your package, feel free to contact me to help guide you through any questions. However, Phase Collection is not responsible for stolen merchandise. Please note that once the package is out of my hands and in the hands of the post office, tracking and updates can be viewed through the tracking number you are provided.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy,  please contact me using the contact page, and returns and exchanges can be made within 5 days of the customer receiving the item.

For exchanges, once the item is received by Phase Collection in the same condition it was sent,  the exchanged item will be sent to the customer within 3 to 7 business days.  

For returns, once the item is received by Phase Collection in the same condition it was sent,  the payment for the item and shipping will be credited back to the customer (on the same form of payment the item was purchased with) within 3 to 5 business days.

For returns due to breakage within 5 days of receipt of the item, please contact me within the 5 day window to be issued a paid return label. Once the item is received by Phase Collection,  the payment for the item and shipping will be credited back to the customer (on the same form of payment the item was purchased with) within 3 to 5 business days. Any breakages or damages reported after the 5 days cannot be refunded but can be fixed upon request, possibly for a fee depending on the issue. Please feel free to contact me if this applies.

 

Additional Policies

Due to the delicate nature of handmade jewelry, I have a few tips and tricks to avoid damage and to keep your jewelry looking great:

  • Avoid harsh activities and/or harsh chemicals while wearing your pieces
  • Avoid wearing the pieces to bed or in the shower or pool
  • Each item contains a copper base. I use a great quality protective coating on each piece, so it should not wear off with regular wear. In the event that it does wear off, here’s a tip: Use clear nail polish to seal the part that has rubbed off. (Nail polish? What??) Yes, it works in a pinch! Or you can send back to me and I can reapply a new layer of quality jewelry-grade coating for the cost of shipping.

Frequently asked questions

  • When will my order ship?

Regularly stocked items will ship within 3 to 7 business days. Made to order pieces typically take 1-2 weeks to ship. Please refer to the item page for shipping information for a specific piece.

  • What if my ring doesn't fit?

I can resize a ring for a fee, however the turnaround time will be longer than the 3-7 day shipping time due to the amount of work it takes to resize an electroformed ring. It is preferred that you obtain an accurate ring size using a ring sizer. Most department store jewelry counters will have a ring sizer.

  • I broke or damaged my piece- can it be fixed?

Repairs can be quite difficult with electroformed jewelry, however I’m always willing to take a look if you send me the details and a photo. Depending on how the jewelry was damaged, and the extent of the damage, there will be a fee for the repairs based on the time required to fix it. Please treat your jewelry with as much care as went into making it :)

  • The finish on my copper ring is changing, or the protective coating has worn off.

Each ring is sealed with a quality coating to preserve the finish. While this coating is durable, it is not permanent and can eventually wear off with regular wear or exposure to excess water, chemicals, oils, etc. In the event that the protective coating wears off, here’s a tip: Use clear nail polish to seal the part that has rubbed off. (Nail polish? What??) Yes- It works in a pinch! Or you can send back to me and I can reapply a new layer of quality jewelry-grade coating for the cost of shipping.

The special thing about copper is that, if the coating does happen to wear off over time and is not reapplied, copper will turn various shades of the rainbow- from bright pink to black. It’s quite beautiful to watch the transformation of copper, but if you want to maintain the original look, sealing with a protective coating or using clear nail polish is your best bet.
